Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional and courteous service via phone, email, or web inquiries
- Resolve client requests and maintain strong relationships that support retention
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to support customers throughout the full policy cycle
- Troubleshoot escalated service, billing, and claims issues
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records in internal systems
- Stay informed on industry trends and recommend solutions based on client needs
- Support and mentor junior colleagues when needed
