Senior Scrum Master (Remote/Part time) - PST hours.
We are urgently hiring a Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering a new web application.
Required Skills:
6+ years of Scrum Master experience
Proficient in Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps
Strong understanding of software development processes (preferably React + .NET)
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to drive team accountability and advocate for Agile principles
Experience in remote team environments.
Availability:
Must be available during PST hours during the shift.
