Job Description:
We are looking for experienced individuals with background in business finance, analytics, and process improvement to work in a challenging consulting environment serving our Higher Education and Nonprofit clients.
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing one or more Salesforce projects within the Higher Education and Nonprofit fields, overseeing internal teams and building strong the client relationships. Project managers provide day to day project leadership through supporting the full life cycle of development, from analysis and discovery to training and go live.
Job Responsibilities
- Create and execute project workplans.
- Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities.
- Effectively applies methodology and enforces standards.
- Identifies and mitigates project risk.
- Monitor and achieve project financial objectives.
- Identify and pursue additional business opportunities.
- Actively engages with clients to build strong relationships.
Required Skills
- 5+ years’ experience managing the implementation of business systems software products in a project management capacity required.
- Experience with Nonprofit or Higher Education clients is ideal.
- Experience with CRM required, Salesforce.com strongly preferred.
- Consulting project management skills including managing client relationships and communications.
- Experience managing project teams including staff assignments, project scope, budget and schedule.
- Ability to manage staff through entire SDLC to include, requirements analysis, conceptual design, detailed design, software development and configuration, quality assurance and training.
- Understanding of data modeling, data mapping and/or data conversion.
- Solid organizational and communication skills.
- Experience supporting business development activities by attending client sales meetings and assisting with project proposals.
- Enthusiasm and ability to drive results.
Desired Skills
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and industry specific solutions including: NPSP, EDA, Admissions Connect, Advisor Link
- PMP or CSM preferred

Attain Partners is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Individual base salary for this position is unique to each candidate and will commensurate with experience, education, and skills, ranging between $130,000 - $150,000. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
