We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Salesforce Business Analyst with strong data administration experience to join our team. This role will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring our Salesforce platform is optimized for performance, usability, and data integrity. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, business process analysis, and data governance best practices.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce and CRM processes.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for Salesforce enhancements.
- Administer and maintain Salesforce data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data governance policies.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows to support business operations and decision-making.
- Perform data imports, exports, deduplication, and cleansing using tools like Data Loader or third-party apps.
- Support user training, adoption, and troubleshooting across departments.
- Work closely with Salesforce developers and admins to implement and test new features or integrations.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize user experience and data quality.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, security policies, and industry regulations.
