About the Sales Training & Content Specialist - Dropbox
MarketStar is looking for a Sales Training & Content Specialist to support our Dropbox team. As an Instructional Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating engaging and effective learning experiences. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to design, develop, and implement instructional materials that meet the needs of diverse learners.
What Will You Do?

Obtain a thorough understanding of products, tools, and processes.

Create polished and engaging content to be distributed to a global team.

Utilize a variety of media, including text, graphics, videos, images, and quizzes to create engaging, interactive content.

Work cross-functionally with the Training, Quality and Enablement, and Leadership team to identify gaps and training needs to ensure we have high-quality, accurate, and up-to-date training materials.

Supervise administration of various learning management systems.

Continually audit, edit, update, and refine existing training content to ensure accuracy of information and organized learning platforms.

Apply instructional design concepts to develop adult learning content in a remote, online environment.

Synthesize both technical information and soft-skill techniques for internal audiences.

Support onboarding and development of new employees.

Design and facilitate virtual training sessions to support professional development.

Regularly communicate work status and issues to supervisor.

Work with Biz Ops/Data Analysts, and Leadership teams to create assessment instruments to measure the effectiveness of instructional materials.
What Will You Need to Succeed?

Bachelor’s degree in related field or comparable work experience preferred.
-
(1) years of experience with content creation, training, or related field.

Demonstrated understanding and proficiency with educational and design concepts (i.e., instructional design, LMS management, adult learning principles, e-learning).

Self-motivated and resourceful, with the proven ability to multi-task.

Strong organization skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts and key stakeholders.

Team player / collaborative style / innovative.

The salary range for this position is $40,000.00 annually. This pay structure may also include a variable bonus component of $5,000.00 annually. There are several factors to consider including but not limited to, the role’s responsibilities, experience, location, education/training, internal equity, and key skills.
