We are currently looking for a Revenue Enablement Manager to support our One Identity/OneLogin sales team.  This is a remote position which can be based anywhere in the US.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping others succeed.  Prior sales experience is a plus, as well as a successful track record in Sales Enablement.  We use Mindtickle Sales Enablement Platform, SAP Litmos content management system, Salesforce and other sales tools.  In addition, we want someone who is fun to work with, brings positive passion to the job every day, and is curious about how we do things in a way to make things better. 

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales enablement platform, including content organization, training people on use of the platform, and making use of key features that will drive success.
• Collaborate with sales leadership, marketing, product marketing, channel, and other departments and key stakeholders
• Enable reps with skills they need to help them exceed in their roles
• Deliver training in a virtual environment as needed
• Identify gaps in skills and develop or identify content for filling those gaps
• Focus on creating continuous learning for sales teams
• Flexibility as work requirements change as the business evolves

Qualifications

• Self-driven professional with a drive towards quality results
• Experience with an enterprise-level sales enablement platform
• 5+ years’ experience in sales and/or sales enablement roles with demonstrated application of customer centric and value based selling approaches
• Worked in IT/Software Industry, infrastructure software and database operations experience a plus
• Ability to work with multiple groups and cross level executives, managers, and individual contributors
• Capacity to quickly digest complex content and break it down into simple learning experiences
• Demonstrated presentation, training, and coaching skills
• Proficiency with enablement and sales processes and tools
• Channel Experience Preferred
• Up to 20% travel may be required
