Position Summary
We're looking for an elite SDR who knows how to drive pipeline. You’ll own both outbound prospecting and inbound qualification using proven strategies (Cold Calling 2.0, Predictable Revenue), powerful tools (Instantly.io, ZoomInfo, Zoho), and your own creativity and discipline.
This is not a junior role. You’ll be trusted with real targets, real sequences, and real autonomy — and you’ll be expected to deliver.
Responsibilities
Inbound
- Respond quickly to inbound leads (web, email, event-driven)
- Identify qualified opportunities and schedule meetings for Account Executives
- Maintain clean and accurate lead records in our CRM
Outbound
- Build and qualify outbound lists
- Launch multi-step campaigns
- Use email, cold calls, and follow-up strategy to convert prospects
- Follow up with decision-makers via email and phone to secure meetings
- Continuously improve messaging based on data and performance
- Use lead databases, CRM, and outreach platforms effectively
