We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to drive lead generation and appointment setting for our Australia-based recruitment agency. You’ll own outbound prospecting on LinkedIn, cold call senior HR and hiring managers, and book qualified meetings that convert to closed placements.
Success means a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads aligned with our ideal client profile and agreed targets. You’ll operate remotely, coordinating with our Sydney-based team and clients across AEST/AEDT.
