Job Description:
We’re seeking a top-of-funnel, experienced Sales Development Representative to identify and solicit new business. This is a unique opportunity to engage with potential clients within core markets to discuss advertising opportunities across multiple platforms, including mobile, online, radio, events, and more!
What You'll Do:

Thrive in a dynamic, high-energy environment alongside a collaborative SDR team

Execute daily outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and other outreach channels (75+ touch points per day)

Research and identify leads aligned with ideal customer profiles

Create and deliver creative, personalized outreach to generate interest in iHeartMedia's full range of advertising solutions

Partner with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified opportunities

Consistently meet or exceed outreach and meeting booking goals that directly impact pipeline and revenue

Manage lead follow-up and maintain accurate records in CRM and sales engagement tools

Contribute to a culture of experimentation, feedback, and continuous improvement
What You'll Need:
