Job purpose

Duties and responsibilities

- Follow Springside policy when packing, labeling, merchandising cheese and wine items, and preparing cheese trays.
- Receive and store food product to maintain freshness.
- Provide positive customer experience through phone calls and special request items, ensuring all guests have a unique and enthusiastic experience.
- Observe, support, and remain up to date with store rules and company policies/procedures.
- Prepare and pack products for safe shipping.
- Correctly operate Point of Sale system.
- Operate slicer following safety guidelines.
- Additional Duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience with POS operation preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Required basic computer knowledge.
- Self motivated to succeed and able to adjust to a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong Attention to details.
- Ability to anticipate customer needs.
Working conditions

Physical requirements
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Medium work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
- Reaching: Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction.
- Standing: Remaining upright on the feet, particularly for sustained periods of time
