We are seeking a Part Time Human Resources Consultant to join our remote fractional HR consulting team! The position is initially part-time, hourly but may have the opportunity to grow into a full-time role. You will be a dedicated resource to assigned accounts and perform a wide variety of HR activities to support small and scaling organizations. We work with companies that put their people first and place a high value on the HR experience.
This is a 100% remote position and great opportunity for candidates with at least 5 years of experience to learn and grow in an autonomous environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic guidance across various HR disciplines:
- Employee relations
- Training and development
- Compensation
- Total rewards
- Employee benefits
- HRIS
- Culture development
- Develop company procedures and serve as a subject matter expert for multi-state employers
- On-board and train new employees
- Manage HR goals and deliverables in an agile manner - always responsive and adaptable to change
- Implement company culture, values and policies
- Provide management with requested reports and documents
- Contribute to team blogs and training material as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
- HR certification via SHRM and/or HRCI desired (will consider in progress certifications)
- Knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Ability to build rapport with all employees
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Monday and similar tools preferred
Benefits
$30 to $40 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience
Availability M-F during core business hours; however, may also work other days and hours

Exposure to a wide variety of business types, sizes and industries to gain unique experience
