Experienced Sales support/Customer service specialists with 2 years’ sales and automotive industry experience can join our team right away at a competitive pay. Also, with added benefits from our commission plans in place*

As a Driven Brands Auto Glass Sales Support Specialist, your job will be to:
- To make every customer want to use Auto Glass Now
- Create estimates, price quotes, and invoices for all customer’s glass needs
- Answer phones and return customer calls
- Provide excellent customer service
- Attention to detail
- Ensure accuracy when booking all appointments
- Input documentation on all calls and follow-up with callers as needed
- Confirm all customer information is correct before booking
- Be professional and have a positive attitude
All our Sales Support Specialists need to meet the following requirements:
- Must have a sales background for the experienced pay
- Must have a positive attitude and customer service
- Must have basic computer skills
- Must have strong communication skills
- Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency is a plus!
- Prior phone or call center experience is a plus!
