What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound and warmth customer calls with warmth, clarity, and calm
- Solve order, delivery, and product-related issues quickly and kindly
- Leave customers with a “wow, that was easy and helpful” feeling
- Communicate with our internal team for escalations or feedback loops
- Track calls, resolutions, and callback needs using tools like Aircall and Google Sheets
