Job Description:
Provide timely and accurate processing of incoming funds for defined contribution retirement accounts in accordance with IRS regulatory guidelines and company standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare remittances for an assigned group of clients; adhere to quality and timing standards to ensure funds are invested within the same day.
- Respond to client requests and questions regarding processes, regulations, etc.; obtain guidance from team members as needed.
- Develop client relationships to better interpret needs and communicate information.
- Create documentation for remittance related transactions.
- Interpret error messages and apply error resolution; escalate to more experienced team members as needed.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written/oral communication and relationship-building skills
- Team player
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of pension/retirement plan regulations
- Skills Advantage Work Ready Certificate or similar designation
- Proficiency using MS Excel
