Summary:
The Quality Analyst II will be responsible for requirements gathering, test strategy, and ensuring product quality through various testing methods. Applicants should have four years of IT QA experience and proficiency in relevant testing tools and methodologies.
Requirements:
Credentials: BS/BA degree preferred.
Experience: Four years’ experience in IT QA., Solid proficiency of testing tools: Azure DevOps (2+ yrs experience), SQL expertise (2+ yrs), Solid proficiency with automation tools and architecture (Tosca) (2+ yrs), Data integrity testing using SQL (1+ yrs), Solid proficiency with Web services testing (2+ yrs), Managed test case coverage for a product or project, Testing proficiency in multiple SDLC’s (Agile, Waterfall), Experience directing, mentoring others in QA team (1+ yrs), Understanding of major testing types including system/integration, regression and Default/error testing (2+ yrs), Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA functional testing (GL, AP, PO), Experience with test automation tools such as Tricentis Tosca, Understanding of Financial business processes, Proficiency in SAP GUI, Fiori applications, and test data validation, Cloud ALM experience is a plus
Job Description:
Holman has an outstanding opportunity for a Quality Analyst II
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participate in requirements gathering and test strategy and planning. Create, review and execute test cases efficiently.
- Define test data.
- Ensure that the product change meets the specification or customer expectation. Communicate and track any defects or differences in function between the program and the spec or customer expectation.
- Provide timely, clear and concise feedback regarding the quality results to the stakeholders. Follow-up on assigned tasks for self and project team members, keep correspondence informative and timely.
- Test status reporting.
- Develop, as able, automated tests, execute and review automation results.
- Suggest quality improvements in the development cycle.
- Mentor QA testers.
- Be the subject matter expert for the product or project assigned. Train other tester/analysts in product features, functions and department processes.
Relevant Work Experience:
- Four years’ experience in IT QA.
- Solid proficiency of testing tools: Azure DevOps (2+ yrs experience)
- SQL expertise (2+ yrs)
- Solid proficiency with automation tools and architecture (Tosca) (2+ yrs)
- Data integrity testing using SQL (1+ yrs)
- Solid proficiency with Web services testing (2+ yrs)
- Managed test case coverage for a product or project
- Testing proficiency in multiple SDLC’s (Agile, Waterfall)

Education and/or Training:
- BS/BA degree preferred.
- Analyze testing capacity, risk assessment, test data design
- Led a change in QA processes and practices
- Willingness to learn, to work independently or in a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities.
- Able to maintain a good working relationship with everyone.
- Able to deal with conflict head-on, responsibly, timely and honestly.
- Proficient in verbal and written English. Excellent communication skills

Regular Full-Time

Temporary or Part-Time
In geographic areas with statutory paid sick leave, part-time and temporary employees will receive a paid sick leave benefit that meets the mandated requirements.
Pay:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $67,670.00 - $98,125.00 USD annually for full-time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
