Project Description:
The OEM Agricultural/Construction Equipment Warranty Assessor is responsible for evaluating and processing warranty claims related to Agricultural/Construction Equipment repair services performed on Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) vehicles. This role ensures that all claims meet the established quality and compliance standards while providing support to dealers and internal teams. The assessor will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of the warranty process and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

• Assess and process warranty claims, including standard and technical claims, in compliance with OEM policies and procedures.
• Verify the accuracy of submitted claims, ensuring all required documentation and information are provided.
• Maintain and update vehicle and equipment warranty registrations.
• Resolve pricing discrepancies and errors on warranty claims.
• Process sales reversals and labor rate adjustments as required.
• Update warranty coverage periods for vehicles and equipment.
• Provide guidance to dealers on warranty policies, claim submission processes, and best practices.
• Address and resolve dealer issues related to claim entry and submission.
• Develop and maintain internal standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency in warranty claim processing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex warranty issues and ensure timely resolution.

Basic Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, repair processes, and warranty policies.
• 2-3 years of experience in warranty claims assessment, preferably within an OEM or automotive environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet quality and quantitative standards.
• Proficiency in using warranty management systems and related software.
• Strong communication skills to interact with dealers and internal stakeholders.

Bonus Points if You Have:

• Certification or training in vehicle repair or warranty management.
• Familiarity with OEM-specific warranty policies and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
