Project Manager-Implementation
Velosidy is cutting edge dynamic workflow software that is agile and innovative. The solution is disrupting the ARM industry with AI and machine learning features. We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager who will take a consultative approach to oversee the successful implementation of our SaaS product for new and existing clients. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of product deployment, from initial client onboarding through to full product adoption and success. You will deliver a new to market product and the opportunity to evolve process, tools, and best practice. This position will focus on small to mid-sized customers with data and configuration challenges. The ideal candidate has experience managing complex, multi-phased, high-touch implementations of highly configurable software.

What You'll Do

Project Planning & Execution:
Lead the end-to-end implementation process of our SaaS solution, including defining scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams to deliver impactful business results for customers. Oversee a project team, delegating work and driving on time delivery of key tasks/workstreams -
Client Onboarding & Kickoff:
Facilitate client onboarding sessions and product kick-off meetings to establish clear goals, expectations, and timelines for successful implementation -
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle -
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, ensuring that customer needs are met and that they are satisfied with the progress and outcomes that meet business objectives -
Risk Management:
Proactively identify potential project risks or delays, and work with the team and clients to develop mitigation strategies -
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders on progress, milestones, and potential roadblocks -
Training & Support:
Ensure customers are adequately trained on the platform, providing guidance on best practices and ensuring a smooth transition to full usage -
Post-Implementation Handover:
Once the implementation is complete, transition clients to the customer success team for ongoing support and long-term relationship management
What You'll Need

Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing SaaS product implementations or similar technical project management role
- Proven track record of managing complex highly configurable end-to-end software implementation projects

Skills and Expertise
- Strong understanding of SaaS products, highly configurable workflow solutions
- Experience using project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Trello, Asana or Microsoft Project)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and clients in a consultative manner
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with an ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in risk management, issue resolution, and delivering projects within scope, time, and budget

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience

- Experience bringing a new SaaS product to market
- Experience with Smartsheet and Salesforce
- High level understanding of Fintech specific product risks, payments, security requirements, and needs

**PTO hours for non-exempt employees may vary depending on the state of residence.
The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is [USD $80,000 - $105,000 per year].
Finvi has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The range above reflects the potential base pay across the U.S. for this role (the applicable base pay range will depend on what ultimately is determined to be the candidate’s primary work location). Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
At Finvi, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus, and equity. These awards are allocated based on individual performance and role. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
