Job Description:
The Program Management Partner is responsible for delivering implementation, ongoing managed services, and other billable professional offerings to new and existing customers. The Program Management Partner will oversee the coordination and delivery of high-visibility and complex Implementation Services projects, including but not limited to discovery, custom scoping, and the preparation of Statements of Work (SOWs). This role will work collaboratively with various cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Management, Client Support, and Customer Success, as necessary. The role will contribute to maintaining forecasting/reporting initiatives pertaining to the development of professional services products via cross-functional collaboration.
Expected Duties: - Will serve as the key contact point for Services operations and internal/external stakeholders- Responsible for reviewing and monitoring Project change control requests and creating custom statements of work per sales alignment- Expected to work with project teams and stakeholders to plan, execute, monitor, and control the project-Gather required end-user data to evaluate objectives, goals, and scope to create technical specifications and identify and assess risks associated with technical projects and develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans-Responsible for a monthly Quality Control check on live projects, including reviewing project plans, revenue recognition, and completed Implementation Acceptance forms-Expected to review and audit project workspaces to ensure accuracy, quality, and completion and maintain active/inactive backlog in preparation for financial reporting in a biweekly and monthly capacity.
