Job Description:

Join Epicor and Deliver Quality Implementation Solutions! As a Professional Services Consultant, you will participate in consulting engagements, performing implementation tasks and producing quality deliverables. You will assist the aligned Project Manager with organizing and controlling tasks within the work plan, working independently with clients for short-term engagements with little supervision.

What you will be doing:

• Work independently on smaller projects, interacting with members of cross-functional teams.
• Identify issues and risks, reporting to the Project Manager with suggested directions.
• Ensure that project deliverables are completed on time and anticipate issues or conditions that may impact the original estimate or project budget.
• Meet utilization targets and complete project deliverables on time, demonstrating a high level of functional knowledge on the modules associated with your respective certification track.

What you will likely bring:

• 2+ years of applicable Epicor Eagle advanced application experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of retail and/or retail accounting concepts is a plus.
• Prior experience training other employees is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
