Job Description:
Product Owner, Salesforce
The Salesforce Product Owner at McAfee will play a critical role in designing, building, optimizing, and maintaining a customized solution within the Salesforce Experience Cloud platform to meet specific business needs and enhance the Support Portal functionality and User Experience. Reporting to the Director of Customer and Frontline Self-Service, you will be responsible for integrating advanced plugins into the Salesforce platform while developing best-in-class practices for SEO and User Experience design. The ideal candidate has a strong background in developing and customizing Salesforce applications, as well as experience in designing and implementing complex solutions, combined with a passion for improving customer experiences through innovative technology.
This is a remote role based in the United States with a preference for Dallas, TX and/or San Jose, CA. We are only considering candidates currently based in the United States and are not offering relocation.
About the role:

Custom Application Development - Create and maintain custom solutions by designing and developing Salesforce applications.

SEO Optimization – Configure experience cloud to greatly improve and adhere to SEO strategies

Programming and Maintenance – Supporting, maintaining, and improving the working of existing Salesforce applications for optimal functionality.

Data Analysis and Feedback Loops

Collaboration and Support – Work collaboratively with technical teams to collect and document requirements for Salesforce solutions.

Apply new innovations and Best Practices

Testing and Quality Assurance – Identify and troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce integrations and applications.

Security – Ensure compliance with security and development standards of Salesforce.
About you:

3-5 years of demonstrable experience in development, specifically, Salesforce Experience Cloud.

10+ years experience in a related field

Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce and other Salesforce development technologies.

Understanding of Salesforce data model, including standard and custom objects, custom configurations, relationships and fields.

Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Proficient understanding of Salesforce administration, including Salesforce Lightning framework, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Strong passion for improving the user experience through enhancements in tools & technology.
