Job Summary

Serve as the customer proxy and responsible for working with Product Management and other stakeholders—including other product owners and other teams—to define and prioritize the Team Backlog so that the solution effectively addresses program priorities while maintaining technical integrity. Attend product management meetings, planning, and backlog/vision refinement sessions. Part of the Product Team who attends all the events.

This role is offered as a remote workplace position, which may require travel for trainings, meetings, conferences, etc. Outside of those required visits, the majority of your working time may be spent in an approved remote location, away from our Corporate Campus. Please note, while this is a remote position, there is limited group of states or localities ineligible for Employees to regularly perform their work off-site. Those ineligible locations are: Alaska, California, Colorado, Delaware, Illinois, Iowa, Massachusetts, Maryland, Montana, New Jersey, New Hampshire New York, North Dakota, South Dakota, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia, and Wyoming, and Puerto Rico.

Responsibilities

Prepare backlog for PI Planning and decide which work items become part of the team backlog.

Serve as the customer proxy.
-
Build, refine, prioritize, and maintain the team backlog.

Partner in Scrum ceremonies such as iteration planning, iteration reviews, and demos.

Help create user stories and define acceptance criteria.
-
Review and accept user stories as complete.
-
Contribute to vision and program Backlog.
-
Meet with stakeholders to ensure features and subsequent stories meet expectations.
-
Drive iteration content by prioritizing user stories.
-
May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders.

Education

Required: High School Diploma or GED.

Required: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience - BS, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field or the equivalent formal training.
Experience

Required: Intermediate-level experience, fully functioning broad knowledge in:

Agile and Scrum software development methodologies.

Business analysis, project management or software development delivering enterprise products and solutions.

Pay & Benefits
Competitive market salary from $95,750.00-106,400.00 per year* depending on qualifications and experience, with opportunity for future pay increases based on performance and market movement.
