🌟 About the role

We're hiring a Product Operations & Strategy Manager! This role is designed for a dynamic operator who thrives in ambiguity and can seamlessly pivot between our most critical product initiatives. You'll be embedded directly with our product leadership and C-suite, acting as both strategic advisor and execution partner on product decisions that shape our roadmap and market position. You'll ideate on projects that expand our market footprint and create new growth opportunities. This is a high-velocity role for someone hungry to make an outsized impact on product strategy, operations, and the initiatives that directly drive our product's success in the market.

🛠 What you'll do

• Act as strategic partner and to executive leadership on the company's most critical product-related initiatives
• Translate executive vision into actionable plans, driving cross-functional execution on complex, time-sensitive initiatives
• Serve as the analytical backbone for executive decision-making, providing real-time insights and recommendations on evolving strategic priorities
• Lead and execute on amorphous, high-stakes strategic projects that require rapid iteration and pivoting as priorities evolve
• Build executive dashboards and strategic analyses that inform board-level decisions and company direction
• Act as a trusted extension of leadership, representing their priorities across the organization and ensuring seamless alignment and execution
• Navigate and structure highly ambiguous problems, creating clarity and frameworks where none previously existed
• Drive rapid cross-functional alignment on shifting strategic priorities across product, engineering, and operations

🙌 What you bring

• 5+ years of work experience that ideally includes consulting at a top tier firm, of which 2-3+ years were spent in execution-oriented roles beyond consulting
• OR 5+ years directly working on product strategy at a B2B SaaS company
• Have experience making a cross-functional impact across product management
• Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and drive results on projects that don't have clear ownership
• Outstanding cross-functional collaboration skills - you're the person who can align teams and get things unstuck
• Strong analytical capabilities with hands-on execution mindset - you can diagnose problems and personally drive solutions
• Outcome oriented - you see gaps and fill them without being asked
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to work directly with executive leadership
• Demonstrated track record of taking ownership of complex, one-off projects and delivering results

Annual Salary Range:

• ~$150,000—$190,000 USD plus equity

The range above reflects the typical salary range for this role. The final offer will depend on factors such as your experience, interview performance, level, and other considerations assessed during the hiring process.
