Job Description:
Rimini Street is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced customer-centric Product Marketing Director, Innovation Solutions who will help propel and advance our growing product and services portfolio. This Product Marketer is responsible for defining how we go to market, creating key sales plays and related content and messaging, campaign strategies, sales tools, product launch, and sales enablement content – all in support of developing world-class product strategy and go-to-market execution.
As a key Product Marketing lead, you will work cross-functionally to support GTM plans for your area, including support for marketing campaigns, awareness-building, new product releases, and sales enablement. This is a perfect role for someone who is expeditious and wants to be a key contributor in an enthusiastic Marketing department focused on bringing incredible value to businesses while at the same time disrupting the software support and services industry.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Research and deliver insight on market trends, customer profiles (ICP), buyer journeys, and segmentation – translating customer/ market tends to Rimini Street opportunities and GTM plans.
- Build differentiated positioning and messaging specific to Rimini Street Innovation solutions.
- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the Innovation Solution portfolio of applications (including the ServiceNow AI Platform), including collaboration with product teams on product strategy and positioning to support, product launches and releases.
- Develop and maintain a core Bill of Materials (BOM) that communicates the value and capabilities of Rimini Street Innovation solutions to both internal, and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with, and cross-functionally lead GTM with Demand Generation, Awareness, Creative, and Content Strategy teams in marketing, as well as Field and Product Management teams.
- Function as an SME across the organization to support thought leadership and market positioning, and work with field enablement to ensure field confidence and competence in Rimini Street Innovation solutions.
- Collaborate with Partners to build new market differentiators that streamline, scale, and increase the efficacy of our marketing activities.
