Job Description:
The Role
As a Product Manager on the Core Banking and Processing team at OnePay, you’ll build the financial infrastructure that powers everything at OnePay – from storing money, to moving it, to facilitating payments, to making sure every penny is accounted for. This is a critical role at the foundation of our platform and your work will directly impact our ability to scale securely and reliably. You will:

Define and drive the roadmap for systems related to ledgering, balance management, core processing, core banking, and money movement

Write clear, detailed product specs, requirements, and KPIs to guide implementation

Lead initiatives across ACH, wire, and card payment rails, including integrations and rule logic

Partner with critical vendors to jointly create and manage a roadmap to support current and future OnePay capabilities, features and products

Collaborate closely with engineering, compliance, operations, and finance to design scalable and auditable systems
You Bring

7+ years of experience in Finance, Fintech or Payment domain

Deep understanding of money movement, ledgers, and payment networks.

Strong collaboration and communication skills — you can work cross-functionally with engineers, compliance, and business teams to explain and deliver complex systems

Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving ability; you sweat the edge cases

Experience with transactional systems, reconciliation processes, and high-reliability product environments

Pay Transparency
The estimated annual base salary for this position ranges from $170,000 to $220,000. Pay is generally based upon the level, complexity, responsibility, location and job duties / requirements of the specific position. We then source candidates with the requisite skills, expertise, education, training, and experience.
