Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced professional to fill the Product Information Management (PIM) Administrator role. In this role, you will be responsible maintaining data quality, formatting, reviewing, centralizing and uploading product content and digital assets into DuPont’s Informatica P360 PIM platform and supporting digital marketing automation. To do this successfully, the candidate should have a firm understanding of PIM and digital marketing strategies and tactics and possess excellent communication and leadership skills to manage across cross-functional teams on complex marketing technology projects. Frequent collaboration with marketing leaders will be necessary to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience while delivering business needs. Currently, our supported digital application portfolio includes Adobe AEM, Marketo, eCommerce, Salesforce.com, Informatica and other marketing and sales application platforms. The Product Information Management (PIM) Administrator will be responsible for managing all aspects of the PIM system, including data management, quality control, and user support:
Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Drive business growth through strategic marketing technology initiatives and develop/monitor KPIs for marketing technology programs

Provide guidance to ensure positive UX across Marketing & Sales domain.

Drive planning and development of a Governance organization and processes for the Marketing & Sales IT&P group

Keep up to date with evolving online media, technology and eCommerce trends, and explore new and effective products or enhancements that will improve site experience.

Evaluating and selecting marketing technology solutions based on business needs and goals while ensuring the solutions are aligned with the overall IT technology strategy
-
Drive PIM strategy and prioritization to manage stakeholder expectations, demand and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Lead and manage M&S analytics resource to evolve automated reporting dashboards and drive advanced analytics.

Leverage data analytics to educate and guide internal business customers to adopt/utilize solutions.

Participate in the preparation and presentation of company's digital marketing efforts to leadership and key business stakeholders.

Track project efforts to meet goals, associated budgets and timelines.

Successfully execute projects and solution development for the portfolio.

Responsible for information security and compliance of business and customer-facing solutions to protect the company brands.

Acquiring, assignment, and development of resources for projects in portfolio.

Responsible for effective resolution to system defects and outages, including disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
Education & Experience
Required:
-
3+ years of relevant technical experience supporting a Product Information Management Platform and digital marketing technologies

Strong knowledge of product information management technologies and platforms (such as Akeneo, Informatica, or Salsify) and experience with data modeling - AlterYX, PowerBI, Python
-
General knowledge of marketing technologies and platforms like Marketo or other marketing automation solution, Adobe AEM, Adobe Analytics

General marketing automation solution, eCommerce and Salesforce.com knowledge
-
Bachelor's degree in information management or a related field
-
Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and web content management systems

Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Manage externally contracted team resources

Ability to work with cross functional global teams

Ability to prioritize, delegate tasks, and make sound decisions quickly

Significant implementation experience with Product Information Management Platforms, Adobe AEM, Informatica, including integration with other enterprise applications (ie, Salesforce.com, Marketo or other marketing automation solution, eCommerce)

Experience working with vendors, SLAs, product roadmaps, and support lifecycles

Knowledge of cloud models including Iaas, Paas, Saas

Familiarity with API integration, data management, and software development life cycle
