Job Description:
We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Product Analyst to contribute to the ongoing success of Evio’s Digital Health Team. Evio’s Digital Health Team is at the forefront of developing and deploying new digital solutions central to Evio’s overall strategy. This role has a direct impact on the success of Digital Health initiatives, contributing to consistent and predictable delivery of business value to our clients.
This individual will work across Evio’s flagship products and new products as they are brought to market:
- Evio Insights/Real-World Evidence: Our core real-world evidence solution and analytics dashboards
- Evio Engage: Our value-based care administration service and platform
- Evio Connect: Our direct to Provider communication solution
As a Product Analyst supporting Digital Health you will have the following key responsibilities:
- Product Requirement Definition: Define and document product requirements in conjunction with key internal and external stakeholders. Maintain and update requirements throughout the ideation, design, and build phases of the product lifecycle with an intense focus on alignment with business and customer needs.
- Documentation and Continuous Improvement: Creates and maintains comprehensive product documentation inclusive of job aids, workflow documents, data specifications, and standard operating procedures. Ensures all documents reflect latest and greatest understanding in a start-up environment where change is the only constant.
- Project Management: Independently organizes, plans, and manages project milestones using project management tools and techniques in line with the size, scope, and complexity of the project.
- Stakeholder Management: Engages with internal and external stakeholders early and often to promote shared understanding of organizational goals, next steps, and timelines. Communicates effectively and builds relationships built on mutual trust and alignment behind shared goals. Ensures stakeholder feedback is incorporated every step of the way.
- Product Support: Provides assistance to new and existing clients and ensures issues are resolved efficiently and in a timely manner. Supports new product launches and activation activities such as user onboarding, enrollment, etc.
The skills and experience you bring to this role include:
- 3-5 years of experience in managing complex projects with internal and external stakeholders.
- 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis or Product Management, preferably in healthcare with experience in process and product documentation or analytics product development.
- Experience with Pharmacy and EHR technology, transactions, and standards (e.g. eRx, ePA, RTBC, Formulary, etc.).
- 3-5 years in external stakeholder/customer management.
- Bias for action that inspires teammates to fail fast and apply high velocity learning; natural energy that advances a sense of urgency amongst the teammates.
- High degree of comfort with ambiguity around strategy, direction, team, roles and other elements that will change as the team fails fast, learns and pivots.
- High EQ conducive to collaborating with multiple parts of the business and functioning well with a variety of personality types.
- Data and research driven in your approach to making decisions/recommendations.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
It’s a bonus if you possess the following:
- Start-up experience or prior experience taking a product from 0-1 in any setting.
- Experience with Pharmacy Value Based care initiatives.
Salary Considerations:
Anticipated annual base pay range: $100,000 - $120,000 plus additional variable compensation.
