The Processing Worker will sort, grade, price, and stock donated products in a retail setting. Applicants should be dependable, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and be available for evening and weekend shifts.
Job Description:
What will you do in this job?
- Sort, grade and price donated products using store guidelines and computer generated ticketing software
- Stock the retail sales floor with product
- Assist with store cleaning
- Work as part of a team who is responsible for meeting daily product goals
- Help unload and load the merchandise truck
- Stock and merchandise the sales floor
- Help customers to find products they are seeking as needed
Compensation and Benefits for Part-Time Work (less than 30 hours per week):
Starting Rate: $19.00, with eligibility for annual performance-based increases. Maximum pay is $21.93., achievable through sustained good performance and years of service.

- Retirement Savings Plan: Eligible to participate in a 401(k) or Roth IRA upon turning 18, with enrollment eligibility after one year of service and 1,000 hours worked in the first year (or 500-1,000 hours each year for two consecutive years). Enrollment entry dates are January 1st or July 1st.
