Credentials: Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification, Alcohol Server Certification

Experience: 6 months to 1 year experience; high volume and/or fine dining experience preferred but not required.

Part-time Hourly Position ranging from $5.00-$8.00 DOE + tips plus benefits.Located in Santa Fe, NM. Working out of our pool area at Inn & Spa at Loretto

Essential Duties and Functions/Responsibilities/Tasks:

  • Maintain high level of positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests.
  • Greet and welcome guests in the pool area.
  • Check identification to ensure minimum age requirements are met for consumption of alcoholic beverages.
  • Notate, ring-up, and serve the food and beverage requested by guest.
  • Run beverages and food to and from the bar to the pool.
  • Provide general pool area upkeep and cleanliness.
  • Assist guests at the pool with general service.
  • Respond to guest requests and questions and report guest issues and complaints in a hospitable manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Perform any other additional duties as assigned by leadership.
  • Scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
  • Utilizes a variety of approaches and communication techniques tailored to each situation. Is comfortable conversing with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and at all organizational levels.
  • Walk all areas and remove all glasses and empty trash receptacles.
  • Coordinate with the Supervisor on work priorities and provide assistance when needed.
