Hard Skills: Excellent verbal communication, Ability to multitask, Ability to lift/push/reach for/carry 30+ pounds frequently
Experience: 6 months to 1 year experience; high volume and/or fine dining experience preferred but not required.

Part-time Hourly Position ranging from $13.50 DOE plus benefits.Located in Las Cruces, NM. Working out of our Hotel Encanto de Las Cruces.
Essential Duties and Functions/Responsibilities/Tasks:
- Walk all assigned areas throughout shift; remove and replace dirty towels and service trays and glasses empty trash receptacles.
- Set-up and/or breakdown Pool areas on a daily basis
- Remove trash and/or linens and note any areas that need immediate cleaning.
- Maintain Pool Showers lockers and bathroom areas throughout shifts.
- Stock pool linen and supply to ensure par inventories.
- Report any missing/found articles damage or merchandise problems to the supervisor and/or security.
- Respond to guest requests and questions and report guest issues and complaints in a hospitable manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the Supervisor on work priorities and provide assistance when needed.
- Perform any other additional duties as assigned by leadership.
- Scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
- Utilizes a variety of approaches and communication techniques tailored to each situation. Is comfortable conversing with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and at all organizational levels.
