Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Personal Assistant to support a busy executive based in downtown Seattle. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys helping others stay organized and thrives in a home-focused support environment. You will be instrumental in keeping day-to-day life running smoothly so they can focus on work.
The role includes a range of household responsibilities such as meal prep, grocery shopping, cooking, laundry, tidying, and general organization, helping to maintain a clean and orderly living space. Additional tasks include caring for houseplants, coordinating with vendors for home maintenance or deliveries, and providing basic pet care for freshwater fish. The ideal candidate will be comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities, adapting to changing priorities, and stepping in to problem-solve wherever needed.
The ideal candidate is a reliable and proactive individual who thrives on creating order and supporting others. They are highly organized, detail-oriented, and take initiative without needing close supervision. A natural problem solver and planner, they anticipate needs and enjoy finding efficient ways to manage everyday tasks. They are skilled and confident cook. Their calm demeanor, combined with a strong sense of responsibility, makes them trustworthy and dependable. They enjoy maintaining a clean, tidy space and are comfortable managing a variety of household responsibilities—from watering plants and managing vendors to light laundry and even caring for a pet fish. Above all, they bring a positive, can-do attitude to everything they do.
Hours: 15 hours per week. Ideal schedule for the client is Monday, Wednesday, Thursday.
Compensation: $28 - $31 per hour, based on experience.
Location: Downtown Seattle. This is an on-site position, and candidates must live in the Greater Seattle area.

Role Description:
Your role will involve:
- Grocery shopping and healthy meal prep
- Performing household tasks such as laundry (folding/stowing/ironing), dishes, watering plants, and general tidying
- Pet care for freshwater fish
- Managing home maintenance needs and vendor coordination
- Possible errands such as groceries, prescriptions, dry cleaning, shopping/returns as needed
