The Role
We are seeking a People Analytics Associate with a strong foundation in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Psychometrics, and Quantitative Methods. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about applying behavioral science and advanced analytics to enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness. You will develop and validate assessments, conduct complex data analyses, and deliver actionable insights that shape our talent strategies. This role blends psychological theory, statistical acumen, and business insight to drive meaningful outcomes across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:

Apply I/O psychology principles to design and validate employee surveys that support employee listening strategies and organizational culture insights.

Develop and evaluate assessments for hiring, credentialing, and upskilling, ensuring psychometric soundness through robust validity and reliability testing.

Design and execute experiments and data-driven interventions to assess the impact of talent and organizational initiatives.

Conduct statistical analyses on diverse people data to uncover drivers of employee behavior, engagement, and performance.

Translate complex data insights and psychological findings into clear, actionable narratives for HR leaders, business executives, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a strong sense of ownership, organization, and accountability.
Who You Are
Required Qualifications:

Master’s or PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Quantitative Psychology, Statistics, or a related behavioral science/data science field.

2+ years of experience in psychometrics, people analytics, or applied behavioral science in an organizational context.

Deep expertise in statistical analysis techniques (e.g., factor analysis, SEM, regression, cluster analysis, network analysis, causal inferences, A/B testing).

Strong programming and data wrangling skills in R, Python, or SQL.

Proficiency with survey tools such as Glint, Qualtrics, or custom-built platforms.

Excellent communication and data storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Familiarity with employee lifecycle analytics, organizational network analysis, or workforce segmentation.

Understanding of experimental design and causal inference in organizational research.

Publication or applied research experience in areas such as employee engagement, leadership, or organizational behavior (a plus).
The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $88,680 to $168,480 based on a full-time schedule.
Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.
There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:
California: $97,560 to $202,200
Colorado: $88,680 to $168,480
New York City: $106,440 to $202,200
Washington: $97,560 to $185,280
Washington DC: $97,560 to $185,280
This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
