Job Description:
This Patient Engagement Senior Manager will support DaVita’s efforts to increase patient engagement among our Integrated Kidney Care patient population, which includes patients across the kidney care continuum including CKD, ESKD and transplant patients. Our team is focused on finding innovative ways to increase our ability to connect with, provide value for, and retain patients, with the belief that sustained patient engagement will lead to improved outcomes and a reduction in total cost of care. We often operate in white spaces and require acting as an “owner” to bring projects from idea to execution, proactively problem solve, or double down on adoption of best practices to support a positive patient experience.
This position is responsible for:

Overseeing the end to end incentive process from strategy to distribution

Charting next use cases for incentives and determining measures of success

Prioritizing data elements & enabling reporting that supports incentive distribution & teammate workflows

Building teammate workflow & getting alignment from role leads

Serving as POC for patient experience and marketing; involve appropriate Model of care TMs

Sharing performance readouts to Model of care, Ops leaders, and external partners

Tracking all action items, milestones, and risks; and ensuring they are addressed
Requirements

Bachelor's degree with coursework in project management, communication & operations

Minimum of 7 years work experience, with at least two in a healthcare related field

Minimum of 2 years of direct management experience

Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint required

Willingness to travel 20% of time
