You will potentially play a key role in ensuring our partner firms extract maximum value from the platform and help us build lasting, revenue-aligned relationships. The position blends client onboarding, relationship enablement, strategic account growth, and insight delivery. You'll act as the primary point of contact and internal advocate for our partner firms while surfacing opportunities to deepen engagement and expand commercial value.

1.ย Drive expansion revenue within existing partner accounts by using data insights to identify, position, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities while ensuring client value remains clear and measurable.
โธ Analyze product usage and engagement data to spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities early
โธ Lead strategic expansion discussions with decision-makers using clear ROI and roadmap alignment
โธ Collaborate with Sales and Product to define scope, pricing, and packaging for new deals
โธ Document all expansion conversations and deal stages in the CRM for pipeline visibility
โธ Track and report expansion impact, linking revenue growth to client success metrics.
2. Ensure client success and growth through regular check-ins, proactive risk management, clear documentation, and effective cross-team collaboration to share insights and support product and go-to-market strategies.
โธ Design and deliver a clear onboarding plan for each client to ensure fast time-to-value
โธ Run live walkthroughs, complete technical setup, and set clear success metrics with stakeholders
โธ Conduct structured check-ins and QBRs to demonstrate results and identify upsell opportunities
โธ Track key data points in the CRM, including all interactions, client history, and risk indicators
โธ Identify risks early, align on changing client goals, and adjust engagement plans using data insights
โธ Build and maintain SOPs and client-facing docs in Notion, Confluence, or similar
โธ Develop lifecycle templates and reusable playbooks for consistency and scale
โธ Collaborate across teams to remove blockers, drive adoption, and share client data and insights with Product, Sales, and Leadership to inform roadmap and GTM plans.
3. Build and scale strong Partner Success processes and, over time, grow and guide a high-performing team - driving smooth cross-functional collaboration to deliver consistent results.
โธ Own and continuously improve core Partner Success workflows, playbooks, and documentation
โธ Identify process gaps early and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to close them
โธ Ensure knowledge-sharing across departments to align on client goals and GTM strategy
โธ Develop clear handoff and escalation paths with other teams to resolve issues efficiently
โธ When team growth begins, onboard, coach, and support team members to maintain quality and accountability.

โธ 5+ years in a Partner Success, Customer Success, or Account Management role Fintech/B2B environment
