Position Summary:
We are seeking a polished, customer-focused Concierge to work weekend evening shifts. This role is key to maintaining a secure, professional, and friendly environment at the front desk of a residential community. You’ll be the face of the property during these hours, assisting residents, greeting guests, and supporting the property management team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist residents, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Monitor building access and respond to inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Communicate maintenance issues or resident concerns to appropriate staff.
- Conduct occasional lobby and common area walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness and order.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, shift activities, and communications.
- Support emergency response procedures calmly and efficiently if needed.
