Job Description:
Chapman BMW Chandler is looking for a customer-focused Part-Time Receptionist to join our Service Department team to help ensure every customer enjoys a positive dealership experience. The Receptionist will contribute to a professional and friendly environment by providing prompt and courteous support to our valued clients and Service Department staff.

Core Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers in person and over the phone, assisting with questions and scheduling service appointments.
- Make outbound calls to schedule service for recalls, declined services and past due appointments.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction and department goals by consistently demonstrating professionalism and a helpful attitude.
- Manage fleet of loaner vehicles.
- Assist with filing customer repair orders and other clerical tasks.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience working in a receptionist or phone-based customer service role is preferred.
- Demonstrates excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, both in-person and over the phone.
- Strong computer and administrative skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage your time effectively.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Hours and Work Environment:
Shifts are Monday – Friday 3:45PM to 8PM. This is an onsite position in Chandler, AZ working primarily in an office environment.
