Job Description:

DeVoe Automotive Group is hiring a part time Receptionist.  This role would fill the Tuesday and Wednesday 9 AM - 2 PM shift and would have the opportunity for more hours to cover vacations and absences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.
  • Greet customers in friendly and professional manner as they enter the showroom.  Assist them in locating the appropriate team member.
  • Handle customer complaints with integrity and patience and refers dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with a multi-line switchboard.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills.
  • Positive and friendly demeanor, with a drive to continually improve.
  • High energy and detail-oriented, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must pass a background check and and pre-employment drug screening.
