Job Description:
Muncy, Geissler, Olds & Lowe is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Part-Time Law Clerk to join our fast-paced intellectual property law firm. This remote position offers flexible hours, approximately 10–12 hours per week, with the potential to grow into a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administrative support including billing, docketing, sending reminders, and client reporting
• Drafting legal documents (trademark and copyright filings, letters, etc.)
• Assisting attorneys with legal research and case management
• Communicating with clients in a professional and timely manner
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in a law firm is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with trademark and copyright matters is a plus
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Basic understanding of legal drafting (some experience ideal – training provided)
