Job Description:
Jordan’s Furniture is seeking an E-commerce Sales Specialist to work with our customers via our Chat software. The E-commerce Sales Specialist will handle customer inquiries via Chat on Jordans.com. They will also help answer questions related to a purchase or products on the sales floor and internet.
This part-time position is based out of our Avon, MA store working the schedule of Thursday, Friday and Saturday; 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with flexibility to work Sundays as needed with potential for a remote/hybrid schedule after training.

Responsibilities
What you'll do:
- Assist online customers with the selection and purchase of merchandise while maintaining the best shopping experience for our customers.
- Assists and guides customers shopping and seeking information on Jordans.com using chat, video chat, email, and voice technologies ensuring an exceptional customer experience within the EXCEL principles
- Triages customers that need assistance from our Call Center
- Takes incoming calls from customers and works to troubleshoot and resolve low- and high-level issues
- Processes sales orders in an accurate and timely manner; providing relevant info to customers: product care and expectations; warranty parameters, delivery services, etc.
- Responds to customer inquiries submitted to the Jordan’s Furniture website and social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Twitter)
Qualifications
Who you are:
- 1-2 years prior sales experience or customer service experience
- Strong computer proficiency
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Must be able to read and communicate effectively in English
- Strong written and oral communication skills
