Job Description:
As a Benefits Coordinator you will be the coordinator for FAVR (Fixed and Variable Rate) – our reimbursement program for drivers, called Mileage Plus. You will maintain and oversee benefits related data and processes, and may provide support and assistance to employees, former employees, retirees, surviving dependents, and their legal representatives and peers relating to all Company benefits outside of the FAVR program.
In this role you will:
- Ensuring vendor is receiving and updating newly eligible employees and demographic changes to current employees; review enrollment in the vendor’s system to ensure alignment with eligibility/policy
- Monthly, review manager approved mileage tracking reports and approve, move unapproved reports to following months
- Periodically review mileage submissions to annual bands to escalate those who are not tracking in the proper band
- Tier 2 Q&A support
- Maintain system data as required.
- Process invoices and exception reports from vendors; work with IT and Corporate HR to resolve issues; maintain a working relationship with vendor representatives.
- Maintain process documentation.
- Actively participate in projects, and suggest ideas for Continuous Improvement.
- Mentor peers regarding benefits knowledge and service standards.
- Participate in Peer to Peer Auditing, e.g., pension calculations.
- Assist with benefits administration for programs outside of FAVR as requested.
What you bring to the table:
- 1 year of experience: benefit coordination and customer service
- 2-3 years’ experience: prior Company experience
- Four-year degree
- Knowledge of Workday and HRIS
- Knowledge of benefits including pensions
- Oral and written communication skills

Work Shift and Hours: Part-time, 20 hour per week, in office with a flexible schedule during normal business hours
Compensation Details: The expected pay rate for this position is starting at $19.00 per hour depending on experience.
