AMLI Residential is seeking an energetic, dynamic, and friendly Leasing Consultant to join our team at AMLI Marina Del Rey. As a Leasing Consultant, you'll be the face of our community, providing exceptional service to prospective and current residents while helping our property reach its maximum potential. This role offers 16 hours per week (Saturdays and Mondays), with occasional support at other AMLI communities.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage with Prospects & Residents: Be the first point of contact for people interested in joining our vibrant community. You’ll provide them with a warm welcome, expertly show them available apartments, and guide them through the leasing process.

• Get Creative: Plan and host exciting resident events! This is your chance to showcase your marketing talents and bring people together in our stunning community.

• Maximize Occupancy: Help achieve the property’s maximum occupancy by generating traffic, qualifying prospects, and leasing apartments. Use your creativity to market the property through phone, internet, and social media.

• Provide Exceptional Service: Go above and beyond to ensure every resident and prospective resident has a positive experience. Whether it’s answering questions, resolving concerns, or following up after a showing, you’ll be known for your outstanding customer service.

• Collaborate & Connect: Build relationships with local businesses and apartment locator services to boost awareness of the community. Stay in the know by keeping an eye on the competition and regularly shopping the area.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience is a Plus: If you’ve worked in retail, hospitality, food service, or have experience in apartment leasing, you’ll fit right in! If not, no worries — we’ll train you to succeed.

• A People Person: You love interacting with people and making them feel welcome. You’re a natural at making connections.

• Attention to Detail: You’re organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle administrative tasks like processing leases and paperwork with precision.

• Team Player: You’re excited to work with a talented team of professionals who support each other and work together to achieve success.
