Job Summary
This is a part-time position M-F not to exceed 29 hours/week. This position is primary remote but will require occasional travel within the greater Sacramento area for site meetings and the corporate office in Sacramento. This position will provide meaningful and measurable support to Pacific Charter Institute and its schools while performing complex and highly specialized administrative support duties. Performs a variety of clerical duties associated with new account setup, maintaining student and site account budgets, purchasing supplies, services and equipment, maintains site and departmental records.
Requirements / Qualifications
This position requires a High School diploma or equivalent and four years of general clerical or record keeping experience in a customer service-oriented environment (school experience is preferred). Additional post-secondary education may substitute for some experience. Training or coursework in basic accounting, bookkeeping, business office organization and planning required. A valid driver’s license, evidence of vehicle insurance, and a reliable mode of transportation is required.
