This is a remote, temporary position, running until December 31st, 2025. This role will contribute to our in-house legal team and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This position reports to the Assistant General Counsel, Out-of-Network (“OON”) Arbitrations and will be part of the team handing out-of-network claims arbitration process. This role supports OON arbitration operations, collaborates cross-functionally, reviews arbitration documents, monitors arbitration awards, and contributes meaningfully towards the achievement of OON arbitration goals.

Responsibilities
- Participates in a dynamic and fast-growing function within the department, including contributions to process development and improvement, workflow and strategy.
- Provides support to OON and cross functional teammates on OON Arbitration-related matters.
- Reviews legal documents in preparation for OON Arbitration and reports observed issue trends timely.
- Provides support in reviewing arbitration awards and identifying actionable trends.
- Performs legal and factual research
- Organizes and tracks legal matters and requests
- Monitors changes in laws, guidelines and regulations
- Other duties as assigned
- Reads and abides by the company’s code of conduct, ethics statements, employee handbook(s), policies and procedures and other corporate mandates, including participation in mandatory training programs
- Reports any real or suspected violation of the corporate compliance program, company policies and procedures, harassment or other prohibited activities in accordance with the reporting policies of the company
- Obtains clarification of policy whenever necessary and may use the resources available through the Compliance, Human Resources or Legal Department to do so
- Responsible for adhering to Information Security Policies and ensuring Envision is as secure as possible.
Qualifications

- Associates degree or paralegal certificate required.
- At least 5 years of paralegal experience
