Job Description

The Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for processing and completing new customer orders promptly and accurately. This role ensures that all information related to customer orders is correct and up to date. Key responsibilities include placing purchase orders, calculating item pricing, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the correct products are delivered as ordered.

Job Duties

• Allocate products from inventory to fulfill customer orders.
• Place purchase orders with vendors to fulfill customer orders.
• Verify merchandise according to customer order and check for discrepancies.
• Maintain timely and professional communication with vendors, primarily via email.
• Complete and update daily statistical tracking sheets.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

• Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

Education:

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree

Experience

• 1+ years of industry experience is preferred but not required.
• Automotive technical knowledge is preferred.
• Strong sense of urgency, accuracy, and follow-through.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Intermediate computer skills
• Self-motivated and needs little supervision.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This position follows a standard Monday through Friday work schedule. In addition, team members are required to work one weekend shift per month (5 hours) to ensure coverage. Weekend shifts are scheduled in advance and rotated fairly among the team.
