Responsibilities
- Assist in daily operational activities to ensure efficient functioning of the academy.
- Support communication between various departments and maintain organized documentation.
- Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and other operational activities.
- Help manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that all resources are available.
- Assist in the onboarding of new staff and the training of operational processes.
- Contribute to process improvements by providing feedback and participating in discussions.
- Maintain a welcoming and supportive environment for students, staff, and visitors.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Experience in administrative or operational support roles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
