Role Overview
The Onboarding Admin supports the onboarding process for new clients by ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. This role involves setting up new clients in various systems, coordinating necessary documentation, and facilitating smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
Roles and Responsibilities
System Setup and Data Entry
- Enter new client information in company database.
- Set up client accounts in Company Softwares.
- Oversee client page in CRM and update with all add-ons and relevant details.
- Follow up to obtain all intake forms and offer to set appointments for completion over the phone.
Documentation and Communication
- Review sales calls, take notes with timestamps.
- Enter notes into the database.
- Join client meetings as needed
