Job Description:
We are looking for an Office Coordinator to help maintain the daily operations of an organization by providing employees with administrative support and supplies to help them accomplish their tasks. The ideal candidate for the position will need good organizational and time management skills to complete all the needed administrative tasks throughout the day. As our office coordinator, you’ll most likely be the first person visitors see, so it is important to remain friendly and wear a smile whenever you greet guests. It is also important to work well in a team and understand the needs of others to support colleagues and projects the company is working on. The office coordinator is vital in the everyday operations of the company since they are the business’s main support system, and they make sure everything runs smoothly. We want someone who is approachable and who is excited to be a part of our company!
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Work with vendors, schedule repairs, process invoices.
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including answering the phone, scanning documents, ordering supplies, and helping with ad hoc tasks.
- Ensure the office environment is visually clean, neat, and organized to make a good impression on clients and prospects.
- Assist with the planning of employee engagement events (e.g. Holiday party)
- Assist with scanning and mailing documents as needed.
- Comfortable with adopting and learning new technologies and systems.
Requirements
- High school diploma. Bachelor’s degree is a plus
- At least one year of work experience preferred.
- Ability to manage a variety of tasks and meet deadlines.
- A self-motivated, proactive, fearless, and positive attitude
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with minimal direction.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
