Summary:
The applicant will manage multiple projects and effectively communicate with clients to ensure successful delivery of services. A minimum of two years of revenue cycle management experience is required, with additional experience preferred in specific software and teams.
Requirements:
Experience: A minimum of 2 years RCM experience in a clinic office, Central Billing Office or RCM company with 1 year focused on FQHC billing, reimbursement, workflows., Experience using NextGen Practice Management is a plus, Experience using Cognizant/Trizetto is a plus, Experience working with an offshore team is a plus
Job Description:
· Prioritize work assignments and manage multiple projects together and timely.
· Work effectively as a team member

· Document clear and concise notes within the software to facilitate clear communication with client and team.
· Meet established productivity and quality metrics
· Keep current with payer updates and share knowledge with team and client
· Determine trends while managing AR and develop plans to resolve problems and educate staff and/or providers.
· Identify team workflow, setup, and training needs
· Participate in meetings with US team, offshore team and clients
· Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions to meet client needs and objectives
· Follow HIPAA guidelines when handling all patient related information.
