The Chick-fil-A, Inc. Field Talent Staff (FTS) role is an opportunity for new and emerging Restaurant Leaders to utilize their current Restaurant knowledge by training Team Members in both new and Chick-fil-A, Inc.-Owned Restaurants. Individuals applying for the role must have worked for their local Operator for at least six months prior to applying. If accepted into FTS position, you can work at a maximum of eight Chick-fil-A, Inc. Training Events each year, staying up to three weeks at each event.
