Multimedia Specialist (Remote)

Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and versatile Multimedia Specialist who will be responsible for producing high-quality multimedia assets that enhance our company’s image and messaging. This includes producing graphics, videos, animations, marketing visuals, training materials, and branded content for both internal and external audiences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, storytelling, and brand consistency—while also being comfortable working in a manufacturing environment where technical or industrial content needs to be made visually engaging and easy to understand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and manage multimedia assets such as:

• Videos (promotional, training, onboarding, product)

• Graphics (for social media, presentations, email marketing, brochures)

• Animations or motion graphics for product demonstrations or explainer content

• Photography (product shots, staff photos, on-site content)

• Collaborate with departments (marketing, HR, operations) to understand content needs and deliver accordingly

• Create 3D renders of our products to use in marketing promotional materials

• Develop multimedia content for landing pages, internal training portals, and customer-facing materials

• Ensure all multimedia content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging, and business goals

• Assist in content planning for campaigns, trade shows, internal events, and product launches

• Organize and maintain a digital asset library for internal use

• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies related to multimedia creation and storytelling

• Create compelling videos using different principles like motion graphics, 3d animation and the like

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Multimedia Specialist, Digital Content Creator, or similar role

• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools

• Experience in video editing, animation, graphic design, and photography

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with a high level of attention to detail

• Understanding of digital marketing and social media content strategies

• Basic knowledge of web content (e.g., how multimedia integrates into websites or landing pages)

• Strong storytelling skills and ability to visualize complex or technical ideas

• Experience working in or with industrial/manufacturing environments is a plus

• Familiarity with AI-enhanced creative tools is an advantage

• A portfolio showcasing a variety of multimedia work is required

• Computer Processor: Minimum 5th generation Intel i5 processor or equivalent
• Computer Memory/RAM: Minimum 4.00 GB
• Computer Operating System: Windows 10 or Mac OSX - No Linux, Unix, or any operating system other than what is required.
• Internet Speed: Running on a 5.0 MBPS plan or higher (Both primary and backup) - If your backup connection cannot serve as your primary connection, that does not qualify as a backup connection
• REQUIRED Headset: Noise-cancelling headset connected via USB port
• REQUIRED WebCam: At least 3 megapixels capable of 720p recording
