Job Description:

Job Overview

We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented Midweight Graphic Designer to support the design and production of a high-quality digital report. This role requires a strong eye for layout, typography, and data visualization, along with experience creating engaging and accessible digital content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute designs for a multi-page digital report in InDesign.
  • Translate complex information, data, and copy into clear, compelling visual layouts.
  • Curate and manage image sets and libraries that best communicate themes and subject matter.
  • Design charts, infographics, and other data visualizations that align with brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with writers, project managers and Senior Designer to ensure design supports the report’s structure and messaging.
  • Prepare final assets for digital publication, ensuring quality and accessibility across devices.
  • Maintain consistent visual identity and style throughout the report.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing editorial or report-style work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
  • Strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Experience designing for digital-first formats (interactive PDFs, web reports, etc).
  • Familiarity with accessibility principles and responsive design is a plus.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing time to meet deadlines.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Figma
